No. Reports are assessed according to urgency, location, responder safety, shelter space, and available resources. Complete details help the team triage responsibly.

Where can I donate?

Use only a GCash, Maya, PayPal, bank account, or QR code confirmed directly by W.H.E.L.P.S. The website will not publish an unverified payment destination.

What makes a useful rescue report?

An exact location, recent photos or video, dog count, visible condition, immediate hazards, time observed, and a reachable reporter.
